problems in creating a listing

What is going on, I keep losing everything in a listing. When I try to change a Shipping Profile, I have to do it twice. My curser keeps jumping around. I think I am typing in a sentence and it jumps to another. This is very frustrating. Is anyone else having problems.

I got my listings saved, but now Auctiva won't schedule them. This is not the first time they have had a meltdown on a Saturday. If they want to charge us for service they need to actually provide service.

I just started working this Sat. evening and it is moving at a snail's pace. I haven't tried to schedule yet. I agree, they need to get their act together.

I have been trying all day
to get listings arranged.
Templates will not load correctly..
Fonts are all screwed up..
Have to log in each time ....

i hear that,ive been trying to list for 2 days,my discription section wont come in to listing,support says delete cookies,i have done that several times,still nothing,on top of that my edit terms isnt working,what is going on with auctiva,why cant support fix problems

hi all. .KEEP REPORTING and asking questions (delete cookies, cache, etc., and let the know you did it EACH time). Don't just assume someone else reported, if people report they realize it "really" is not an isolated issue.
