I know there is always a maintenance which for us UK users runs through Friday morning but it is now 3pm UK time and I am getting all sorts of wierd problems, with loading pictures into my listing, getting thrown straight back to the listing without being able to choose a picture, now I am trying to select a category and the third level of items does not show up just a section of the Auctiva header. What do they do in these maintenance periods! (and why can they not operate systems where they can keep running? it does not fill me with confidence in Auctiva Commerce! as this is not the first time this month there have been problems after a maintenance). Anybody else reported this?

Have just gone back in and found one listing which scheduled earlier for listing tonight had just disappeared and another was duplicated!
Also when I select pictures and then click upload it is not loading them into the listing, I have to then go back into the uploader, choose the ones just uploaded and select done and that then put them into the listing.
No confidence at all at the moment, and no messages showing any problems!?

I also had a brief period early this morning, where clicking the tabs wouldn't jump to the new tab page. Clearing my cache seemed to clear the problem. You might try that.

Equipment service / backups / software updates....have to be done, or you'd experience severe outages. Should Auctiva/Jeff consider an upgraded service for those that wish to have a more robust service level over the free services (which costs substantial money to do)? IMO....it's worth investigating as an additional revenue stream. Wink
