I guess we are ALL experiencing the same problem! (That's why I'm on the message board in the first place-trying to find a solution) This has gone on for the past 2 weeks, no matter what time I try to do my listings. Do we all need to file support cases? I have read that using Mozilla or Firefox works better with Auctiva, but can anyone explain why? Wouldn't it be easier for Auctiva to adjust their settings to work with our browsers, than to have all of us change browsers to work with Auctiva?
Hi. I tried using IE for the first time, because I started uploading pics through IE. It's much faster with the drag and drop.

Being used to FF, it was a royal pain trying to edit my auctions in IE. I don't know that it's so much an Auctiva issue, as IE is just "different" (not saying it's either). What I do now is use IE for pics upload and FF for everything else.

I'd rather use FF anyway. Have for years, understand it's more secure, and personally find it more user friendly. jmho
I TOO HAVE MANAGED TO ONLY GET ONE AUCTION SCHEDULED TO POST. I CHECKED WITH AUCTIVA SUPPORT AND THEY WANTED ME TO DELETE MY CACHE AND COOKIES AND TEMP INTERNET FILES. I DID AND NOTHING STILL WORKS. I REPLIED TO SUPPORT HOURS AGO FOR MORE SUGGESTIONS AND I'M STILL WAITING. APPERENTLY THERE IS A PROBLEM -NOT IN ALL OUR COMPUTERS- WHEN I SEE SO MANY OTHERS WITH THE SAME PROBLEM. I TOO WAS REALLY EXCITED TO FIND AUCTIVA-BUT NOW IM NOT SO SURE

I filed a support case and got the same reply as you did...with the same results! After clearing everything, I tried (again) to complete a listing, and am waiting to see if it will post correctly. I used my IE browser...that may have helped?? We shall see...

On another note though...I have been using Auctiva for over a year to list my jewelry items on eBay and have never regretted it! It is true that there are times when everything seems to go wrong (like during maintainance, or during high traffic hours on Holidays, etc.)...but (for me) they have been few & far between. I usually get fast answers to my questions, and you'll meet some really nice people on these boards who will offer their help or suggestions. Don't give up on Auctiva just yet, they will get the bug worked out...in the meantime, you can always do a listing through eBay. Hope this helps, and that you have a good night!
WOW! It works now!! I don't know what happened (or how) but my listings are showing up on eBay now...and when I tried Auctiva, the pages loaded much quicker! I knew that if I could just be patient, everything would work out ok! Wink

''Thanx'' Auctiva Mike, and all you others that responded. I hope everyone else is having the same results!
I am also having problems listing my items. I listed them and it stated that it was posted to eBay and it's been a couple of hours and nothing is on eBay. I listed about 20 items. When I go into my saved listings, they are there and state that they have been modified as of today's date. But when I go into my active listings, nothing is there. I keep checking eBay and my store and both of them have nothing in there. I use Firefox.
