Problems uploading

You have to shut down your browser and open it again. It's a redirect loop that gets into browsers sometimes. When you open a fresh browser, the problem is gone.

Am also having the same problem, have tried all that was suggested inclu clearing cache etc and restart still getting this message it gets stuck at 49kb

Firefox was causing that for me so I switched to IE and was able to make it work

This problem is still happening and I filed a support case regarding the issue. FYI: Clearing the cache & restarting Firefox did not work. I did switch to IE and was able to download my images without any trouble. The site seems very buggy this afternoon however and most likely something else is amiss.

Me too. 10.30pm in the UK and I am getting the same messages and images won't upload. Have also tried closing down Firefox and restarting. Have a filed a support request. Something must be happening their end.

OMG posting in general is a nightmare today, tons of disconnects and refreshes and now the uploader is hanging for over an hour! Whoever engineered the server switch was an idiot!

I was wondering if we could make it a full weekend with no major problems but alas...

I did all the clearing, etc. and it hasn't improved anything. Saving completed listing is getting iffy as well.

It appears to be a total loss since the server switch last week. I skipped listing lat weekend due to the total lack of traffic. It seems that the problems remain unsolved. Support requests appear to be overwhelming an already ill equipped staff. Since it's free we shouldn't kvetch but WE are the ones that feed the ebay coffers. Since Auctiva is owned by ebay you would think they would get a clue!!

Auctiva is completely independent of ebay, physically and fiscally. They are not owned by ebay.

Pix uploading now but when creating new listing using previously loaded ad the title will not transfer into the HTML description so now I have to start all listings from scratch. Does it ever end?
