Problems uploading pictures.

Hi michaelaao2000, Try cleaning out your browser cache and temp files and such. And make sure you have a good connection to the net.

Also, are you reducing your pic file sizes before you upload them? There are alot of free picture file size reducing programs out there. Doing this one thing will save you tons of headaches if your not already. If you still have problems after trying these things..then just file a support request. You can do so at the bottom of the help page. Good Luck! William

Hello Westvatexan, Thanks for your reply. Yes I have already tried cleaning the cache and temp files. If by reducing the file you mean crop the picture, I do that also. I have a help request in. Thanks again for trying. Michael

I have been on all day and only just started having problems around 2:00 this afternoon (east coast time). Can't load either individually or in bulk. My cache is clean as a whistle. And photo size was never a problem before so why should it be now. Could too many people on the system at this one time be the problems?

I am always having problems uploading photos- I have finally found that the only answer and it is soooooooooooooooooo time consuming is to upload them no more than 2 at a time. I get the same messages you are when I try to do multiple photos.

I use Auctiva because of all the freebies but I'm beginning to question if it's worth it. TIME IS MONEY
