Sometimes Auctiva fails to load the editor. Most times you can recover by closing the window that is happening in in your browser and then opening a new one. IT has been happening to me off and on for months. The suggestions I have received from filing a support request don't fix the problem either. Most of the time it happens when I multiple tabs open in any browser I choose to use, Firefox 3 or the latest version of Internet explorer. It just doesn't matter which I am using. So I just close the offending tab and open a new. Sometimes it even takes 3 or 4 attempts to recover the editor. The infromation is not lost, its just hidden under an invisiblity cloak.
