Problems with "buy it now" feature

I have listed many of my auction with the BUY IT NOW feature. Now when I list the same feature it comes up on eBay as YOUR MAXIMUM BID and runs the 7 days I have it listed. Seems to be YOUR MAXIMUM BID gets the same results as a regular listing. How do I get my BUY IT NOW feature to work. I check all the right boxes and put in the bid price and the BUY IT NOW price and it still does defaults into YOUR MAXIMUM BID. Thank you for your help, Birdies

Ebay has requirements that have to be met in order to do a BIN....The main one being you have to have 10 FB or more. Here's a quick link that will tell you what you need:
