Problems with ebay posting of listings

Hi, The Auctiva software is so easy to use. However, I am having problems with the listings. I successfully completed a listing and it was not posted even though Auctiva said it was. I finally scheduled to start tonight. I also listed several video games and dvd's I used ebay since I do not know if Auctiva has the UPC fill in info (or how to use it). 23 listings overall. Only 2 have shown up so far. Does Auctiva continue to assimilate listings if they are created in ebay? Does auctiva have the fill info (upc code, etc.) that ebay listing has? Finally I attempted to contact Auctiva through your help site. I could not find a continue or submit button to send my message. I am impressed with software, but frustrated with the interaction with ebay.

Hi hotbaydealz,

1) No, Auctiva does not currently support prefilled item info for books, CD's, DVD's, etc., however, we will be adding this feature to our site as part of our Phase II release, which is tentatively scheduled for Q1 of 2007.

2) I have also imported the remainder of your current eBay listing into your Auctiva account and they are now available in your Active Listings page and Auctiva store: http://www.auctiva.com/stores/viewstore.aspx?id=259750.

3) In order to see the "Submit" button at the bottom of the support request page, please clear your browser cache. Remember to close all browser windows except one while emptying your cache.
