problems with images?

I've received two e-mails from eBay in the past two days (the most recent at 7:30 CST this morning) formatted like so:

There was an issue generating the Gallery picture for your listing: LISTING TITLE(#item number)

Why it didn't work:
We were unable to identify the exact problem with:
http://img.auctiva.com/imgdata...3/9/1/3/webimg/[file name].jpg

However, when I checked both of the items the gallery pics (and the rest) were fine.

And right now I'm having trouble getting the image selector window to load for a new listing but yesterday I was having trouble getting any pages to load (although intermittently) so I'm assuming it's not related...

Hi, I also received similar emails but could not find an issue with my photos. Put it down to being a phishing email but not really sure
