Whenever I re-open a saved listing, my master profile info is blank & I must reload the master. Very time-consuming!! Please tell me -- what am I doing wrong??

When you create a new listing by using an existing saved listings that was created using one of your master profiles as a template, it is expected that the drop down menus for "Master Profile" and all the other sub profile sections will appear blank. However, all the information that was in the saved listing you are using as a template should remain filled in so I don't quite understand how that should cause you to re-enter anything.
My hope is that you are just seeing the blank "Master Profile" drop down menu and assuming that you need to reload your master profile when that is actually not the case.
If your account is not working as I described in this regard, please feel free to contact our customer support team by mousing over the "Help" tab and selecting the "File Support Request" option and we will be happy to work on this with you further.
