Problems with 'Save As New' option

I've always recycled listings under 'save as new'. Recently, all listing templates I've saved as new comes up with a blank section in the Item Description section. Can't write anything, just blank. I don't know how to use html and don't want to have to learn. It's consistently happened for the past five listings I've tried to recycle. Any ideas as to what's happening? Thanks!

Hi,

Which Operating System and which browser and release level are you running, e.g. Windows XP with Firefox 3.0.6?

Sue, try just using Save, not Save as New...that will bring the listing back to the top in your Saved Listings. You don't have to edit or change anything, just open the listing & click Save. Maybe that will work.
