Hi Community,

We are currently experiencing some technical problems with the scrolling gallery that is causing a few different odd behaviors. The symptoms of this problem are that some scrolling galleries will say "This Auction is Closed" for items that are still active, not show all the items they should, and/or not load the images. Our engineering team is working on resolving these issues and we'll have them fixed as soon as possible.

I will post further updates on this situation to this thread as additional information becomes available. We apologize for any inconveniences this issue may be causing.

Update - I just heard back from our engineering team about this and it turns out that a code change is required to resolve these problems. We're in the process of writing the new code and will get it release as soon as it has been tested. We currently expect to have these issues resolved by about 3 PM PT.

Update - We are in the process of releasing the fix needed to resolve these problems with the scrolling gallery but it may take from 45-60 minutes for all of the servers to reload all of their caches. Therefore, we expect this problem to be fully resolved in about an hour.

If you are not currently seeing the scrolling gallery correctly, you may also need to clear your cache once we have this release for the scrolling gallery to show correctly for you once again due to a necessary change that was made to the Flash file.

Update - This issue should be fully resolved now, although you still may have to clear your browser cache and close and re-open your browser for the scrolling gallery to appear properly for you now.
