Thanks for helping to bring this issue to our attention. Our technical team actually has been aware of this problem since it began and we are currently working to restore the Sellathon services as soon as possible.

While I cannot provide a specific ETA as to when this problem may be resolved at present, I will be posting further updates on this situation to the following thread when additional information becomes available: https://community.auctiva.com/eve/forums/a/tpc/f/1081020411/m/5471098792

I just received this after sending their support a message asking for an ETA:

I apologize for this inconvenience, unfortunately Sellathon and ViewTracker have suffered a major database failure this past Friday that is causing the inability to access ViewTracker, the community forums and properly display counters in listings or the Sellathon gallery link below the counters. Our engineers have been working to resolve this outage over the past few days but unfortunately they have encountered some set backs and have not been able to restore the site functionality just yet. When I receive any further updates on the progress of restoring the site, I will reply back to your support case.

In the meantime please accept mine and Sellathon’s apology, and know that we are working very hard to not only restore Sellathon and ViewTracker, but your faith in us as well!

Hello,

After working very hard for the past few days, our engineers have been able to restore the site functionality once again, and you should all be able to access your ViewTracker accounts and the community forums once again. Also, the counters and Sellathon gallery link that displays beneath the counters should be functioning within your active listings as well!
