Hi there,

So, I'm new to Auctiva and I'm having a bit of problem with the text. I noticed that with Windows, the description of the item comes with a microsoft word-like toolbar for fonts and sizes, etc. But I don't have this when I list things on my mac, and I'm left with configuring HTML for my text (which takes me a lot of time) Is there something I can download? Or is this missing with all Macs? (I have the newest version 10.4.6)

Thanks a lot.

Hi!

I'm also new to Auctiva (and a Mac user) who freaked out when I first ran into this problem. I'm guessing that you're using Safari, and so far it seems a bit of the Auctiva website doesn't function properly in Safari. I now use Firefox (http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/) exclusively while working with Auctiva. So far everything works well, with the exception of sometimes the text "hides" in the text boxes when switching between pages. I've found that if you click on the "Source" button on the toolbar a few times it'll sometimes reappear. Even if it doesn't appear, the text is still there (assuming it was saved previously).

I hope this helps a bit! If it doesn't, let me know and I'll see if I can figure it out.

P.S. I'm using OS 10.3.9, Safari 1.3.2 and Firefox 1.0.2. I haven't tried Auctiva on my 10.4.6 machine yet or the Firefox 1.5 (although I'm about to download it).
