Product Finder in Books Category

I can get all the way through the Product Finder, but when I click Submit, the screen blinks, but nothing else happens. I have to manually close the window and the info is not in my listing. I've tried tech support. Been waiting 2 hours for a follow up reply. I've cleared the cache, re-booted and turned off my fire wall. Nothing works. Any suggestions?
