Product information for CDs has disappeared! DVDs affected as well?

Your not alone. I am also experiencing problems with regards the product information. I guess we'll just have to sit back and await Auctivia's responce to fixing the bug.

I got the same problem, looks like turbo lister this weekend

Quick fix, list you items with Auctiva then Synchronse load them into turo lister the add bar code info the synchronse them back onto ebay.

Auctiva have just got back to me about the missing product information. They are looking into it!

And YES!! I will have to edit ALL my scheduled items so the new Ebay catagory for CDs is used - BUT - you then lose all your product information! So it's a no-go situation! Hope this is all sorted out before Saturday, as my kids really would like to see more of me at the weekend than just the back of my head!

Thanks for helping to bring this issue to our attention. Our engineering team is in the process of conducting a new category update which should address this problem. We expect this to be completed within the bext 30 minutes or so and you should be able to see the "Find Product" tool in this category after that point.
