(in that link, the u=1151057231 is your user account #, I've modified it to have your user#)
Long answer:
See that button that says "Go" (right above the first post in this thread)? click it, hover your mouse over "My Space", then click "Profile"
In the Profile section, click "View/Edit Complete Profile"
scroll all the way down to bottom section.
click "edit" next to your Avatar Pic
select one of the available pics or click "Custom Avatar" to use your own pic.
input the url for the pic you want to use. Pic cannot be larger than 48x48 pixels (note: it doesnt have to be 48x48, it can be things like 48x35, etc. maximum width/height is 48x48)
click "Update Avatar"
