Profile problems...

You need to go to profiles first and set them up. Did you do that? You can set up as many as you wish for different products. Once you have done that you can pick which profile to use on each of the different sections. Or, if you choose, you can form the different sections into a Master Profile and that should copy over to the entire listing. Don't forget that your sellers details are different than a profile. You can also set up as many of those as you choose. They show in the description and you choose those in the same section as you choose the template. To manage both of these, go to the Profile Tab, and then click on the manage choice just above the screen. Hope I made this clear. If not, let me know and I will try to explain further. Thanks Fairly Odd Mother. I did set up my profiles. Does it just take FOREVER to upload them to your listing? It does say that it is uploading but after waiting for a full 5 minutes my patience wears a little thin and I want to get on to the next item.I even went to the tutorial and watched that a coupl of times. That is why I am so confused....

If you're waiting that long..I'd surmise it's a pop up blocker. It's disabling you from continuing onto the next stage.

I'm sorry this has happened to you, but I've not experienced any problems.

If I were you I'd file a help ticket.
