Hi,
First let me say the Auctiva facility is great. I'm sure I've just done something stupid.

I created a listing using a template and keyed the description into the Item Description field. All looked fine in preview and there were no errors etc. so I published to eBay. When I search title only I find my listing. When I search title & description using words that are only in the description, listing is never found. Does anyone know what the problem could be.

eBay is holding your listing from the search results until they can confirm it isn't fraudulent. They do that frequently in high fraud categories.

You can confirm it was actually listed by going to your active listings page on our site. You can click it and see it on eBay. It wont show up in eBay search results, or in view sellers other items until they've verified it. That amount of time varies. Probably based on how many items are being flagged then.
Thanks Jeff .. But It's not that my auction can't be found .. I do find it if I use search terms that are in the title only .. but if I click "search title AND description" and I specify search keywords that are ONLY in the description (and not in the title), then MY auction is not found. Although I see that it does work for other auctions (built outside of Auctiva). That's what I can't understand why??
