Put an Image in the Listing

How do I put an image in my listing? I don't mean merely uploading.

In another words, I want to put an image wherever I want. Do I need to insert link of the picture somewhere in the listing? How?

In the HTML editor there is an icon that looks like a photo with mountains. Click that and it will prompt you to select your photo and it will do all the HTML for you.
