Question about description

Every time i try to put in a description it won't let me. I am new to this site and have watched the videos. I get a error on the page. when i tried to do full size editor it wont let me type either. I have cleared my cookies. Is there anything else i can do? thanks

Auctiva just did an upgrade and things are still a bit glitchy. I had a terrible time trying to upload pics today, first time in 3 yrs I've ever had a real problem. Sorry I have no advice for you, except maybe file a support request (use the help button at the top of the page) Good luck

i dont know how but i took the norton program off my computer and defrag the computer and now i can type in the description area.
Or auctiva fixed it. not sure what happened but now i can post useing auctiva. thought i would let u know. thanks for your help
