There was a listing issue this evening (July 29th) about the feature "Refund Policy" missing when editing and writing new listings and trying to post to eBay. I finished my listing and saved it. When I try to find the return policy it is still missing since I saved it during the time there was a problem. How can I get my listing to post now that the refund policy feature has been fixed? Do I have to rewrite the listing or what? How can I resolve this so I can now post my listing to eBay? Thank you!

I copied this from another answser to a similar question:

SOLVED THE PROBLEM AFTER AUCTIVA CONTACED ME....
here's what they suggest for every item that gets rejected on the "no stated return policy" from Ebay....
go to your ebay category number on each of your rejected postings, enter a number like "528" instead of the number you have there, select enter, then re-enter your correct category number and select enter once more. Now when you scroll down to the bottom of your template page, select maximize and viola! the Return policy box is now available. Fill it in, save your listing and try posting now. It does work.
