Question about items to sell

Ok, Im not trying to sound dishonest or stupid here, but a question just dawned on me...

Is there anything that auctiva doesnt allow a user to list that ebay does?

I know that ebay regulates its self, and well it should, but after reading about some strange things people have posted there (ie: one's soul) I got to wondering if Auctuva would limit that kind of stuff. Not that I would put my soul or a grill cheese with the Virgin Mother on it, but should someone do that are we supposed to report it? and to whom?
just wondereing....

No, Auctiva does not limit the types of things our users can post on eBay but items listed through Auctiva are still subject to eBay's rules and regulations.
