I have a ? about the pictures I am listing in my auctions
Most of my auctions only require 1 photo so I select the custom photo on the right side and get the picture in the header and at the bottom of my auction page.
A few of my auctions have 2 pictures (or 3). I am not able to select custom photo since it only allows 1 photo to upload. Now here is my ?:
when I select Image 1 (1st pic), Image 2 (2nd pic)...I get 4 pictures in total in the auction (header, 2 side by side below description, and the 1st pic once again below the 2 in the description). Hope you are following me.
Now I only want the header picture and the 2 side by side...not the extra picture it puts in below at the bottom of the auction.
Any ideas?

Hi dreamflyer,

Unfortunately, since you are using a header image, it is not possible to prevent the additional image from being displayed at the bottom of the listing because that is the image submitted to eBay's image hosting for use as the gallery/header image.

The only way you could prevent the eBay hosted image from being displayed below the template would be to refrain from using a gallery or header image, which is not a viable option for most sellers.

Hi Tallboy,

Thanks for posting your question here. If you just want to have one image in your listing and for the image to be displayed once on the search results page and once more when the eBay listing page is opened, you only need to choose the image from the box labeled "eBay Header Image" in the Auctiva Image Selection section of the Auctiva lister page.

On the other hand, if you would like the image to be displayed in the header image slot in the upper left hand corner of the listing AND in the description when the listing is opened, you would want to select that image from the box labeled "Image 1" in that section of the lister page as well.

I hope this helps. If you need any further assistance with your account, please feel free to contact our customer support team by mousing over the "Help" tab within your account and selecting the "File Support Case" option.
