Question on feedback

You can put in as many messages as you would like and Auctiva should cycle through them, leaving a different message for a different buyer. If you have 5 different messages:

Buyer 1 gets message 1
Buyer 2 gets message 2
Buyer 3 gets message 3
Buyer 4 gets message 4
Buyer 5 gets message 5

Then it starts all over again with message 1.

Personally, I want to do my own Negatives, so I won't post any there, just in case something malfunctions and a positive should get a negative.

This may not make sense at all, but hopefully will.

To cycle means to go through the list of messages you have available so that all buyers do not get the same message.

Oh i c! I generally leave almost the same feedback on all transactions, so having it just do it for me sounds like a plan. I may just remove the negative comment, I am with on that, I want to leave that individually as each situation is different. Thanks!

Don't blame you Zoe, Im the same, I just dare not set up my negative feedbacks for exactly the same reason, if something does malfunction,and a negative is left, that would be a nightmare Lol
