re clipboard problem

Hi,

Can you give me a little more descriptive information on exactly what you are doing? The only thing that immediately comes to mind with an Auctiva function and Windows clipboard is the export HTML code feature you can do with either a listing from Saved Listings page or your Scrolling Window from Store page. Those both use the clipboard as part of Copy and Paste process.

when I do a listing i copy the title and use that for 1st line of description, but when i load in next item saved or new clip board automatcally loads the last pasted item in title, subtitle and i'm not sure if it changes the catergory number (this maybe another issue)

When i paste from clipboard it asks me if i want to "allow" it to do so if you click no it dont do it I'm using vista

Anyway been doing a bit of reading and its the clipboard i think when i re boot will try it without cutting and pasting from title to see if that sorts it

I'm at wits end with it all ATM as turbo lisater dont work and i'm tryinto use auctiva but I just frustrated and give up

Hmmmm......you're suggesting that a new listing page has somehow gotten fields automatically filled-in. Is that correct?

I have another possible cause (not clipboard), IE AutoComplete. AutoComplete is an IE feature that automatically does form fill-in, i.e. it remembers a prior form and will automatically fill-in details. If that's the cause, you should have the feature enabled in IE "Internet Options", Content tab, AutoComplete Settings button, Forms (checkoff).

THE BOXES HIGHLIGHT IN GREEN THEN FILL, I'M CHECKING OUT THE PROGAMMES THAT DO THIS BUT AT A LOSS FOR NOW

i've doubles checked it it stll does it even if i dont use clipboard on my first listing it ok but then second one highlights green puts previous title and subtitle (even if it wasn't used) the changes catergory too
also is it normally "slow" loading in?#

Besides AutoComplete, there are other after-market add-ins for browser that can do form fill-in. You might want to check Tools - Manage Add-ons to see if anything running that you've installed is the cause, i.e. you can disable/enable add-ons.
