I have 600+ items listed in my eBay Store. When I list an item I enter the USPS shipping costs we require as well as the cost of optional insurance. Of course the postal rates are going UPPPP again...G-rrrrrr!...& all of my listings show $1.65 for insurance (up to $50.00 in coverage, etc.) but I see no way to bulk edit that amount to the new $1.70. Am I missing something??? As an aside, I'm not too worried about editing each & every shipping cost as I normally add a few cents to $1.00 more to cover my packaging materials. I guess until all 600 of those items are sold I'll just barely break even on postage...sigh! However, short of editing each of the 600 listings BY HAND, is there a way I can change the insurance rate from $1.65 to $1.70??????? Not that alot of peeps choose the insurance, but I don't think it would look right if I ask $1.65 on the listing & then if sold I tell them, oooops, it's a nickel more. What would you do????

Hi autopaper,

Auctiva does not provide any tools that would aid you in revising your active listings in the manner you described, so I'm afraid you will be limited to eBay's revision options when it comes to making these changes. Instructions on how to make bulk revisions (10 at a time) through My eBay can be found on the following page of eBay's help index: http://pages.ebay.com/help/sell/questions/revise-item.html

Any additional questions or concerns? Please feel free to contact our customer support team using the appropriate link on our help page: http://www.auctiva.com/free-auction-software-help/help.aspx
