RE Subtitle fees

Hi, I have been listing through action format for quite some time & now since the start of the month when I use Auctiva to list to eBay I am getting charged a listing fee BUT also a Subtitle fee. Its costiong me mega & when i do fee check through Auctiva it says only listing price.
HELLLLLLLLLLP?!?! Plz

Hi sezrahhh,

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you are experiencing. Although it is normal for using the Subtitle option to entail an additional eBay fee, you should only be charged such a *fee* if you include a Subtitle and the Estimate eBay Fees tool on our lister page should accurately reflect that added fee, so I am not sure what may be happening in your case.

If you contact our Customer Support team by mousing over the “Help” tab within your account and selecting the “File Support Case” option, we will look into your situation further and do our best to help you out.
