Really need some help listing

Trying to list. Keep encountering problem where if I pull up a window like browse categories, or edit photo, or evfen if I don't, when I get to end of listing and try to post or save I get message that auctiva encountered problem and needs to close.
Each time I have to log back onto internet, onto auctiva and redo entire thing. It happens every single time and I have to log on 8 times, to list 4 things.
My computer and internet are both fast. Only have this problem on this site and happens for past few weeks.
Is there something I need to do to make auctiva work right. Please help, it is so frustrating.

you need to delete your temporary files on your browser . Tools,internet options, delete temp files. Do this OFTEN,even inthe middle of making a listing on auctiva.
