I looked into the situation you described a bit and it appears that this API warning was returned because the shipping discount profiles details stored for your Auctiva account are out of date, so you should just need to update them within Auctiva to avoid encountering this problem with future listings.
In order to update your Auctiva account to pick up your current eBay shipping discount profiles, just mouse over the “My Account” tab within your account, select the “Acct Preferences” option under “Settings”, and then click the “Update Combined Shipping Discount Profiles From eBay” button on the ensuing page.
