Receiving an error: An ebay accountwith your ebay usename already exists

I'm confused. I only have one account and I know I am the only person with the username.
What do I do now?

The error you are receiving indicates that your token generation attempt was unsuccessful because your eBay account is already linked to an existing Auctiva account. If you contact our customer support team and let them know your eBay username, they should be able to locate that existing account and provide you with a solution to this situation.
