Red "X" instead of pic when editing

Hi -
When I upload pics directly to a listing, they show up fine. But if I redo the listing or edit it and try to pull the pics from the image file they show up as red x's, no pic. The images appear to be in the folder - when selected the number shows up on the image in the folder, but it's not transfering to the listing. any advice?

Hi, upload all your pics for a number of listings in one go and save them in folders on Auctiva.

Then select them from those folders as you need them, it is a much faster way of building listings and does not suffer from dissapearing acts like you are describing.
