My listings are showing Red X's where the Auctiva info pictures are suppose to be. The pictures are the ones coming from the templates. Am I doing something wrong or is it a system thing? Please help.

Hi. I wanted to make sure it wasn't me, first. I have only been using Auctiva for a couple of weeks. thought I might be doing something wrong. When I first listed I did the preview on all the listings and they looked great! Now they look stupid with little red X's all over the place. Hope it gets fixed soon. I am going to alert tech support. They probably already know there is a problem. Good luck to all of us!!!!

Auctiva sent two emails yesterday. Starting last night major problems with my listings appearance - yet still no annoucement regarding this from Auctiva - WHAT'S UP???

The behavior described on this thread was occurring due to a problem we had with one of the servers the template and seller details header images are hosted from. This issue should have been resolved as of about 8:40 AM PT today, so you should now be able to see these images in your listings once again.

Hi Mike, Thanks for your reply. It is not working yet. All of my listings are still showing the Red x's.
