red x's instead of pics

yep, I'm having the same problem, however, it is not slow to load, they aren't there at all, they say "no thumbnail available" in my active listings page on Auctiva, and show up as red x's on my auctions. The weird thing is, I'm only having this prob with the auctions that have bids, the ones without are just fine, figures!

Anyway, I'm a newbie, can someone tell me how to email support (for whatever its worth, they all end in less than 30 mins now!)

Red x here too and on ones with no bids and even better closing in just a few minutes ....
