Hi ST, I apologize for the confusion.
A while ago we moved our old website which was at
www.auctiva.com to a new location at classic.auctiva.com. We then created a NEW service at
www.auctiva.com. So, I'm assuming if you have been with us for a long time that you have an account at our old website that is now located at classic.auctiva.com. Were you using any of our desktop applications such as Auctiva Poster, Mr Poster, or eBud?
Hmm... it might just be easier for us to assist you if you filed a support ticket at
http://www.auctiva.com/help/requesthelp.aspx so we can get your auctiva username and sort all this out!
