Relist Question. Duration change not showing?

Hi once you have scheduled the auction simply go to the scheduled page and check what it says for duration. If it does not show 10 day just edit it from this page. http://www.auctiva.com/listings/scheduled.aspx
Fixed the link it was broken

It shows 7 day on the scheduled list page and 10 day when you click on edit under the schedule time so I am guessing it will drop as a 10 day.

Hmmm That is strange? Could be some sort of Auctiva bug that no-one has reported yet. I do not do may 10 day lists and have never scheduled one so unsure about that one.

I just relisted some auctions and also changed the duration. It came out ok on ebay, but Auctiva still shows the old duration on the active page. Must be a bug. Just make sure you check the posted listing on ebay, if it's wrong, you can revise it on ebay.

To add to Ninths post. I ran into this problem a few weeks ago. If you want to extend the duration of an auction you MUST do it within 2 hours of the auctions post.

This issue has been confirmed as a bug and will most likely be corrected with our next release, which is currently scheduled for mid-January of 2008. In the mean time, when you edit the duration of a scheduled relist, even though the original duration will be displayed on your "Scheduled Listings" page, the item will still relist with the proper, revised duration.
