I have listings scheduled via Auctiva that were imported (didn't sell). Although I was able to find the answer to one question (do I get the relist credit--yes) I was unable to find the answer to my second. Second question is:
Does Auctiva use the exact same information that I had in my original posting--including the photos, and do I now get the photos for free with a "relisted" item through Auctiva? I want to have my cake and eat it too...I want to relist and get the relist credit offered by eBay, and also get the free photo feature of Auctiva. Am I being greedy, or is this how it works?

From my experience, (not much) I have found that if I list an item on eBay with multiple pictures, and relist it from Auctiva because it did not sell, I will be charged for extra pictures. If I list originally from Auctiva, I get the free pics.
Auctiva puts the extra pics in the description area of your listing, that is why they are not with the other (gallery) picture. If you originally list in Auctiva and relist in ebay you won't be charged for the extra pics because ebay only recognizes one pic.
I believe this is correct, at least this is what I have found to be true on my listings.
Thanks Scott. One great thing about Auctiva is the ability to take a past eBay auction and list it as new. I like that feature because overall I actually saved about $7+ for the two listings using Auctiva. That more than offsets any cost I might have saved "relisting" direct. Also, I believe you are right and your rationale makes perfect sense (re: Auctiva storage of the pictures).
