Relisted Auctions

I have found (and reported to auctiva) that whenever I relist and auction (from eBay) or whenever I re-use an auction (sell similar) that I am unable to go to ACTIVA LISTINGS and (1) find the auction and (2) add images. This happens whether I use mozilla (my preference) or IE. I have re-initiated a token at their request (no change and no help to problem). I have waited the 'your account is set for priority and you should see your listings in 6-24 hours' (I have received differing time frames to wait)

It has now been a day and I am still unable to see 2 listings I added yesterday.

Anyone else have this problem or can recommend solutions?

Hello suzi,

Once the item is closed, you can go to 'Listings->Closed' and select the listing and press 'Import'.

I have filed multiple support requests since yesterday afternoon .. the situation is FINALLY corrected .. although I am doubtful for the future.

These are not 'closed' auctions at all. They are live, active auctions that I have a need to add images to while they are still 'active' .. the problem is that when I have auctions like this where I have used ebay to 'create a similar auction' or where I have used eBay to 'relist' (and then want to change the images) these auctions do not appear in the ACTIVE listings until I write to tech support with a support request. This has happened many MANY times.

There is apparently a 'glitch' of some type with these two specific types of auctions that I am wanting to later add images.

As an addition to my reply:

I just did the same thing .. was on eBay .. clicked 'sell item like this one' and filled out the form for a new auction ..

Then, I logged onto auctiva to add more pictures and it's not appearing in 'active listings'
