Relisting

I'm have problems relisting. I relisted listings that had closed & end up having duplicated listings. I have been nailed twice by eBay for this. Seems like some listings are getting posted twice, how can this happen? I'm afraid to relist, one more time & ebay will cancel my listings. This only happens when I relist.

Hi Michael,

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you have been experiencing. I cannot be certain what may have caused you to end up with duplicate listings recently, but we will be happy to review any examples of duplicate listings you are able to provide and see if we can identify anything specific that may have led to the duplicates.

I see that you opened a support case about this earlier today, so please write back to us through that case with the requested information and we will see what we can do to help. I am not aware of any current issues that would cause an item to relist twice if you only selected to relist it once.

You can check the status of your open support case at any time by mousing over the "Help" tab within your account and selecting the "Check Support Case" option.
