I relisted an Item. I did it through ebay. It seems to have Auctiva image hosting ok but does not show up in my Auctiva store. store. How can I cure this

When you relist through eBay, the listing will show up in your auctiva store once it's imported. This process may take 4-6 hours from when your listing is submitted to eBay. If it has been longer than 6 hours and your listing has still not been imported into Auctiva, please file a support case using the appropriate link on our help page and our support staff will put your account on the update list.
Relisting directly through eBay is the best thing to do because currently, if you relist through Auctiva, you won't be eligible for eBay's listing fee reimbursement. We'll be adding a relisting feature with the releas of phase II of our site, which is scheduled for May 2006.

Thanks looks like I will need to do that. Funny thing is the listing in question was the 1st of my listings. It shows all my later listings but not itself and none of the others show it. And they all show twice in the window. The others are new listing. Its been about 18 hrs. May just be a glitch that will straighten itself out
