Hi Silver,
To relist items that didn't sell through Auctiva, locate the listing in your Saved or Closed listings folder. If they're in your Closed Listings folder, check the boxes next to them and click "Import"...that will send them to your Saved Listings folder. From your Saved Listings folder, just click the boxes next to the appropriate listings and click post or schedule. Bear in mind that relists done through Auctiva aren't eligible for the listing fee reimbursement.
To remain eligible for the listing fee reimbursement from eBay, you must relist your items directly through eBay.

Just remember.....if you have lots of pictures that you've put in with Auctiva, it is only a 35 cents ebay charge. If you relist with ebay and you have all those pictures, you are gonna get socked with the ebay additional pictures charge. I always do my relisting with Auctiva, even though it is a little more time consuming.

Good point rooooootbeer! This newbie never would have thought of that. Though most of my listings only have the one picture, I'll know now to be sure before relisting an unsold item through eBay!

You can relist from ebay without being charged extra for the pictures. You are only charged if you use ebay's picture services.
But remember only relist the item once because the credit is only good for one relist. So if it doesn't sell the 2nd time then relist from Auctiva

Auctiva should make sure they have a way that if you relist through them you get the relist free! They seem to be able to work their way around the other fees!
So if you relist through eBay, do you still get your listing designer cool template (from Auctiva) and your little slide show of your other items down the bottom?

I believe Jeff stated the relist would be in Phase II.

Yeah, I had to think about it for a second but it's because all the extra pictures are actually within your description (and eBay's not hosting them).
