Relisting a "non-Auctiva" created listing

I have just started using Auctiva. There are several listing that were created with Turbolister that need to be re-listed. These listinga contain a table that was created in MS Word. When I look at the preview, the table is not showing correctly....spacing not right, extra blank lines, etc. I tied to copy and past from the original WORD document and it looked okay.

I don't want loose my relist ebay credit.

Is there an easy way to relist thru Auctiva and have them look right?

mjjohn,

In order for your MS Word created table to maintain it's formatiing, you'll need to paste it into the editor using the "Paste from Word" button on the editor(it has a clipboard with an "M" on it).

Hi, mjjohn.

In order to receive your free relist policy credit, if eligible, you must Relist through eBay. Auctiva does not support the free relist credit, but will later this year.

Wish I tried Auctiva before I listed them....would have saved me big $$
