I have an item eligible for relist credit from eBay. Can I add an extra picture through AUCTIVA and then relist it. I tried it, but it listed without the change. What did I do wrong?

When you choose an item to relist from your Closed listings, it is easy to add extra photos. You just need to relist the item on ebay first, then go to your Active Listings tab and there is a place where you can click "add images." Hope that answered your question!
It's my understanding that if you make any changes to the listing, it is no longer eligible for the free relist credit.
You can make changes to your re-list from Auctiva (title, a lower starting price, duration, add images, etc.) and still be eligible for the relist credit on eBay. Here's a link to some of eBay's tips for relisting: http://cgi5.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?BetterSeller
Of course, I'm sure there are some other guidelines that need to be followed to get the credit (for instance, you can't take an unsold listing and change it into a totally different one to get the credit.) If I find more info I will post it here....good luck!
