Relisting not working

I just tried to use the relisting feature, changed prices on the item I needed to and relisted some with no changes, the only ones that relisted were the ones with no changes. Couldn't make changes on the others. Had to relist with out the changes and will have to go into each and change them now. What happened? It worked great the last time I needed it.

When you change the price field then try to relist you get a "fail" every time.
