Can I relist on Auctiva or do I need to go to Ebay? Where are my unsold items at Auctiva? Is it true that if I do not relist through Auctiva, Auctiva Checkout will not work? Keep up the good work.
i'm trying to figure out how to relist with auctiva also. my first auctions have ended and i need to relist some of them but don't know how so that if they are sold this time, i won't get charged from ebay again. can ANYONE help please??
Hi - in response to how to relist on Auctiva. Go to the site, look for the item in your saved listings and click on edit. go from there. I relist all the time with Auctiva, matter of fact, I list 99% of all my items. If that doesn't work try Importing listings. You may have to do a New listing if the original was thru EBAY. Hope this helps!
One note: If you relist through Auctiva you won't get your listing fee back (eBay doesn't see it as a relist since it was done through a third party).
Also, I believe that as long as you've got Auctiva's Checkout enabled that it'll still be active even if you list directly through eBay. Someone correct me if I'm wrong!
I just wanted to correct one statement from this thread...
If you relist through eBay, even if you have Auctiva checkout enabled, the listing will go through eBay checkout. Auctiva checkout cannot be applied to listings not posted via Auctiva.
I relist all my items from ebay. If it sells the second time around ebay reimburses you the pricing fee. If you relist from activa you are basicly posting another new listing. I dont use activa checkout so thats not a problem for me.
Just being curious: How come Auctiva checkout can't be activated for relists? If I understand correctly, Auctiva is able to insert code for the store window in listings created on eBay. So why can't Auctiva insert the checkout code too?
