You don't.

In order to make your item eligible for a re-list credit you must re-list it on eBay.

Auctiva does not currently provide this option.

Last I heard they were expecting to add it to the update planned for Feb. 2007.

Now I have a related question.... so you list originally through Auctiva and relist through eBay, right? Are all of your pictures (if you have more that one) and template format still there?

I'm gonna need to relist some items and cross my fingers for a sale. The relist credit is important to me since most of my items are very inexpensive and I need to take advantage of the relist feature.

Yes, when you relist...everything that was there will still be there exactly as it was before...
