Relisting question

I have an item that sold and the buyer agreed not to complete. I did the UPI and the buyer deined it. Anyways I have talked with ebay and they granted my fees back and told me I do not have to complete the transaction, but on this website it still shows as sold. ebay said I am eligble for my relist fees if it sells the next time. Anyways How do I relist it if it shows as sold on auctiva?

Just relist it though eBay.
