Hi! If I ever have to re-list I usually do it from "my ebay" page not via auctiva. I have a listing that I needed to make changes to and wanted to schedule for listing so I decided to re-list through auctiva this time. My question is - IF I revise an auction through the "saved listings" section and launch my auction from there rather than the "closed listings" section (with the "re-list" tab), will I still be credited my insertion fee if it sells? Or MUST I re-list manually via the "closed listing" section to claim it? Thanks, and hope that wasn't too confusing.

Hmmmm.....good question. I usually relist through my MyeBAy page too (things that don't sell @ auction first time around I relist into my store because it's easier than doing it from Auctiva), but just this week I started coming to Auctiva and doing them one-by-one, manually (relisting into my store). I'm hoping it will help sales if eBay doesn't see the same item number getting relisted, and it creates a different item number. Probably hopeful wishing!

But I do want to see the answer to this question.
Pretty sure that a relist through Auctiva qualifies for the relist credit if it sells next time, but can't be sure because mine aren't selling too well at the moment :-(

I use both methods to relist because I find the free Auctiva schuler realy handy. Sometimes the closed listings don't appear quick enough for me though in which case I just use the eBay relist.

Hope this helps.

Regards.

Hi Community,

If you relist your items using the blue "Relist" button on your Auctiva Closed Listings page, or from your Unsold Items page within eBay, the item will qualify for a listing fee reimbursement if it sells the second time around.

However, if you repost an item through the Saved Listings page within your Auctiva account, that listing would not be considered a "relist" by eBay and you would not be eligible for a listing fee reimbursement.
