Relists

You can relist either way.
Thru the summary sheet in ebay, or thru Auctiva. I like relisting thru Auctiva because I can schedule it. I don't go to the closed listings tho, I don't believe that way of doing it has the scheduling feature yet. I just re-schedule the original saved auction.
Luckily I don't do it too often or I'd be losig a ton of fee credits

Thanks for that response Whiz. Now did I get the answer for Auctiva recognizing our relists if we do it from the eBay summary page?

The question is, If we relist through eBay summary page will that be recognized in our auctiva records?

Which brings up the question. If you run an auction that does not sell eBay lets you relist one more time without list fee's. If one relists through Auctiva is this the case?

If you relist your items through the "Closed Listings" page within your Auctiva account, you will be eligible for the listing fee reimbursment from eBay if the item sells the second time around. While it is not currently possible to schedule or revise items prior to relisting them, we will be adding these functionalities to the Auctiva website later this month.
