I wonder how others do their relists. I went to my closed listings but upon going there and you scroll down you see your listing that are repeated which can become very confusing and I fear that I will relist something twice. Is there an easy way to do this or do you just go by your ebay summary sheet instead? If you relist with your ebay summary sheet will that be recognized in Auctiva?

Thanks for any response,
Debra

You can relist either way.
Thru the summary sheet in ebay, or thru Auctiva. I like relisting thru Auctiva because I can schedule it. I don't go to the closed listings tho, I don't believe that way of doing it has the scheduling feature yet. I just re-schedule the original saved auction.
Luckily I don't do it too often or I'd be losig a ton of fee credits Frown
Hi Community,

If you relist your items through the "Closed Listings" page within your Auctiva account, you will be eligible for the listing fee reimbursment from eBay if the item sells the second time around. While it is not currently possible to schedule or revise items prior to relisting them, we will be adding these functionalities to the Auctiva website later this month.
