"remember me" not working and I log out too quick

Anyone else having this problem. I used to could start an auction, get sidetracked with something else and come back an hour or 2 later and not have to sign back in. I'm logging off too quick. I am the only one who uses my computer so I don't really need or want to constantly sign back in and potentially lose info. Is there something I can do? I check the remember me box but I must be unmemorable because I constantly have to log in. Please help.

Here is the response I got from Auctiva:

Thank you for contacting us regarding this matter, and I’m sorry to hear about the trouble you are having. I would like to inform you that due to security concerns the “Remember Me” option which applies to the “Password” field now applies to the “Username field” only.

If you are not using your account for sometime and left it idle then it will ask you to enter your password again.
